2. The average gross weight of drum calculated
3. The average tare weight of empty drum calculated.
4. The Net weight of chemical then calculated by subtracting tare weight from gross weight.
5. Checked carton marking, expired date, batch no. and manufacturing date checked as per Buyer’s requirement.
6. As per Buyer’s Testing parameter required:-1) Appearance 2) Color 3) Odour 4) pH (by pH Meter) 5) Solubility in water 6) Specific gravity 7) Freezing point.
7. Solubility test: – 20ml material + 20ml water = Result – Solubility test – 20ml water + 20ml material
8. Solution in water test: – 25% material + 75% water = Result – Solution in water test- 25% material + 75% water
